   貴州紅星發展股份有限公司為國有控股上市公司，20年前由青島紅星化工集團西進創業成立，2001年3月20日在上海證券交易所掛牌上市（600367.SH），是首家在西部地區上市的東西部結合的上市公司。

公司在客戶、員工、股東和社會相關方面的關心和支持下，已發展成為世界唯一同時具有大規模鋇、鍶、錳系列產品的上市公司，其中，在貴州、重慶、湖南等省、市投建的鋇、鍶、錳產業均已躍居世界前列。其中，鋇產品在全球市場占有率超過50%，綜合競爭力居世界首位；鍶產品生產規模居世界前二位。

貴州紅星發展進出口有限責任公司作為紅星發展上市公司旗下一個子公司成立于2001年5月，注冊地在貴州省貴陽市，主要經營母公司――貴州紅星發展股份有限公司和集團公司――青島紅星化工集團有限公司各子公司的所有產品的國內銷售和進出口業務。
